Community guidelines

Effective October 6, 2026

Anyone can publish a Trick Shots level and choose a player name, so everyone sees what others make. These rules keep that fun, and suitable for a game that all ages can play.

1. What is not allowed

  • Hateful, abusive or harassing names or level titles, including slurs, threats and bullying.
  • Sexual or violent names or titles, or ones that glorify self-harm, drugs or crime.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be another player, a company, a footballer or CapSoccer staff.
  • Personal information: real names, phone numbers, emails, addresses or social handles of yourself or others.
  • Spam and advertising: links, promotions, repeated near-identical levels, or misleading titles.
  • Cheating the community: automating votes, using several installs to boost a level, or mass-reporting levels to remove them unfairly.
  • Anything illegal or that infringes someone’s rights, including team, club or league names and logos you do not own.

2. How it is kept in order

  • Names and level titles go through an automatic filter on your phone and again on our server. Names may only contain letters, digits, spaces and _ - ..
  • Levels are just caps, walls and numbers, and a level is only published after the server replays its winning shot to prove it can be beaten.
  • Reports. Any player can report a level from its card. Three reports from different installs hide it automatically while we look.
  • You can vote on a level only after you have played it, and not on your own.
  • We review reported levels, and we can delete a level or block an install from publishing and voting.

3. Report something

In the app: open the level in the Community list, then use the report button. Or write to support@capsoccer.app with the level name, the player name, and what is wrong. We take reports about children’s safety most seriously and act on them first.

4. Removing your own content

Delete any level you made from Arcade → Create → My Trick Shots, and it leaves the community. To change your player name, use Settings. To remove everything linked to your install, use the data request page.

5. What happens if the rules are broken

We may hide or delete content, and for serious or repeated breaches block an install from publishing, voting and reporting. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@capsoccer.app and we will look again.
